The Reality of Risk
  • Less Extreme is More Prevalent

Less extreme is still harmful and costly. How much does inappropriate or counterproductive manager or teammate behavior cost your organization?

  • Smartphones & Social Media

It only takes one text message. Smartphones and social media make it easier for a much higher percentage of people to do or say the wrong thing.

  • Moral & Ethical Blind Spots

Most training is written as if human beings are rational. Effective proactive prevention training requires a more strategic approach.

“There is no one better at talking to men about sexual assault prevention than Aaron Boe. He is real, he is engaging, and his approach is grounded in science.”
Dr. Gentry McCreary, CEO of Dyad Strategies
"Aaron Boe has a mastery of the relevant science and research that comes through in his curriculum and training. We contracted him and Culture Strength to advance our sexual misconduct prevention strategies, but his work has positively impacted our prevention work across a much wider spectrum of areas than we ever first envisioned."
Fred Dobry, Director of Risk Reduction, Sigma Nu Fraternity
"Aaron's program was not only insightful, but I appreciated how real and honest he was while speaking. He immediately engaged everyone in the audience with his humor and sincerity. I would recommend him for your group as well."
Bethany Aho, Indiana University
“The Social Strengths approach provides men with a new way to think about sexual misconduct and what it means in today’s society. Men around the country are constantly educated on sexual misconduct, but it seems that it is always the same type of information. Social Strengths breaks away from the typical and allows men to engage in a conversation tailored around education and personal growth.”
Zachary Herge, Alumni Member and Consultant for Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity

Do you wonder if your messaging has become “HR noise” or is at risk of creating issue fatigue?

Do you feel like “improving culture” sounds nice, but is more like a buzzword than something you know exactly how to do?

What's Unique About Culture Strength?
What's Unique About Culture Strength?

It’s Because of How Culture Strength Came to Be

A Training & Leadership Development specialist spent fifteen years becoming a Sexual Misconduct & Abusive Behaviors specialist.

Aaron Boe had an intense drive to find what would prevent harm from occurring. That requires influencing behavior. And if influencing behavior was simple then parenting would be easy and teaching, coaching, therapy, and preventing medicine would be easy.

To find that key ingredient, he studied the research literature on sexual assault, non-stranger rape, sexual harassment, and abusive relationships for over a decade. In addition, he studied healthy relationships, sexual ethics, and the social sciences on behavior change. The combination of over a decade of study led to identifying points of leverage to optimally design training to influence behavior.

Then he added his knowledge from being in the real-world and some creativity to come up with The Social Strengths™ approach to increasing positive behaviors and decreasing harmful behavior that is trusted for even the most challenging audiences.
