A Training & Leadership Development specialist spent fifteen years becoming a Sexual Misconduct & Abusive Behaviors specialist.

Because of the experience of someone close to him, Aaron Boe became intensely focus on finding what would prevent harm from occurring. He realized common approaches weren’t connecting, and that even other experts were unsure of how to talk about these issues in ways that people would listen.

To find what would work best, he studied the issues for over a decade. But he did something different from others. He also studied the social sciences on decision-making and behavior change. This led to finding ways to design more effective and engaging training.

Then he added his real-world knowledge and some creativity to develop The Social Strengths™ approach that has received praise from even the most challenging audiences.
